Gemma is 10 months old!

I finally took some 10 month old pictures of Gemma! Only took me a couple weeks... Wow, I can't believe she is 10 months old!! She's getting soooo big and she will be a year on March 17! It's almost been a year! I just can't wrap my mind around it. She is such a wonderful baby! She loves to crawl everywhere, get info everything, eat food (especially fruits and vegetables thankfully), babble, laugh, wave, clap, smile, be held, climb the stairs (scary for me when when I find her half way up!!), and going to new places/seeing new people. She is also learning how to blow people kisses. It is the cutest thing ever! She loves her family soooo much! Especially her grandparents on both sides (and especially more her grandmas!)

Learning With The Littles

Oh, boy... so much for keeping up with this blog! Well, since I haven't been on here some things have happened. Gemma can clap, wave, crawl with much intensity, and stand on her own! She is 10 months old now! She is absolutely beautiful and amazing! LaMar is working for my father during the rest of winter and possibly Spring (until School Starts?)... Our lives are pretty spontaneous :D which makes it pretty exciting.

I have started a new business! Learning with the Littles! They are notebook pages for younger children. My mother is teaching me all she knows and thank goodness for her! She is the owner and creator of Notebooking Nook and oh so good at what she does. She is the BEST! I am so excited to start this new adventure and I hope it's going to be a fun and successful one too! Click on the pictures to check out my products!

I Finally Have A Crawler!

The day has officially come. Gemma can now crawl! She's getting pretty good at it too. Although she prefers to walk along the coffee table and the couch I do my best to make her crawl. There were a lot of tears, yells, and face shovings into the carpet (well... All those things are still happening) but she has finally done it!

Gemma is also making this particular face when she is either very happy or very sad/mad. She opens her lips as much as she can, closing her eyes as much as she can, and then bites her gums together. It's pretty dang cute! 

I LOVE being a mom. It is the best thing I have ever chosen to do. Even though there are tough days (like yesterday ... I think she is teething... So a LOT of fussiness) it's the best thing ever! I love having a little person to take care of and cuddle and see grow up. It's amazing how much a little human can grow in less than 8 months. I wish I progressed that much in that amount of time!

A Post All About Me

Hello there! My name is Cassie. I am making this blog in hopes of actually committing to it... I have made a couple of blogs and probably only written in them once or twice or if I am lucky thrice! I know no one will probably read this but this is something I have been wanting to do for a loooooong time and I am going to do it! 

Some interesting things about me is that I am a wife (since March 8, 2013) and a new momma (March 17 2014)! I absolutely LOVE it. I love taking care of my little family. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormon) and I have a strong testimony of it.  I love the Gospel and my Savior. I am a Type One Diabetic and have been since I was 16 so it's been almost 6 years... yyyaaayyy. I like to do crafty things, refurbish things (if I had room, that is), sewing (when my sewing machine is working), be healthy (when there aren't brownies around). Family is the best. Board games are fun. And baby animals are cute.
